A tax ID validation API for developers.

The same validators that run in the Fiscal ID checkout field, behind one HTTPS endpoint: check-digit rules for Spain, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia and EU VAT, plus 80+ country formats. Verified registry lookups (VIES, SII, SUNAT, AFIP) that return the registered company name are planned for the same endpoint.
